Even fans of neon-colored panda bears and dolphins have gone digital—and so the brand is introducing an app. Perfectly suited for young tech-savvy fans and nostalgic kids of the ‘90s alike, Pic n’ Share allows users to “stick” images of Frank’s signature rainbow balloons, tigers, and ballerina bunnies onto their digital photos. Once a pictured is “Franked” it can then be shared with friends.
